In a year void of Martha Stewarts and Andrew Fastows, there was one white-collar criminal that stood out above the rest: Conrad Black. Just a few weeks ago, the former newspaper magnate was sent to prison for 6 1/2 years for bilking investors of his company, Hollinger International. Prosecutors had sought as many as 30 years.
