Darryl McCauley (left) worked for his half-brother, comedian Dane Cook, as a business manager from the early 1990s to December 2008.
In 2008, Cook accused McCauley and McCauley's wife of stealing more than $11 million from the comedian's company, Great Dane Enterprises. After pleading guilty, McCauley was sentenced to five-to-six years in prison. He also faces 10 years of probation after his release.
