Step 6: Create e-folders
Keeping numerous e-mails in your inbox is similar to keeping all of your paper tasks strewn all over your desk. There is no organization, no priority, and no categorization.
Specifically named e-mail folders allow messages to maintain importance without clogging up the inbox. Check out Egan's inbox at the left.
