Drunk surfing bill

PC/Computing columnist John C. Dvorak reported that Congress was considering a bill that would prohibit using the Internet while drunk, or using the Web to discuss sex. The logic behind the fake legislation: Being drunk on a highway is a problem, even on the Information Superhighway.
Dvorak said the bill was likely to pass, because "who wants to come out and support drunkenness and computer sex?"
