RCN Corp. , the fourth-largest cable TV provider in Massachusetts, is changing owners. Abry Partners, a Boston private equity firm that specializes in media and information companies, struck a deal to buy the Virginia-based company for about $570 million in cash, plus the assumption of $730 million in debt.
