

Virgin America to start flights from Logan to Calif.

Virgin America said yesterday it will begin flying nonstop between Boston and both San Francisco and Los Angeles next year with fares as low as $149 one way. The carrier is filling the gap left by JetBlue Airways Corp. which cut some of its transcontinental flights after last summer's record fuel prices. (Full article: 677 words)
