A lot of people have been hitting the door at Evergreen Investments lately. At least 17 investment managers and analysts have resigned since the summer at Evergreen, the Boston money management subsidiary of Wachovia Corp. that manages $250 billion and employs about 1,500 people, including 300 investment professionals.
