After years of losing money, Jewish Memorial Hospital and Rehabilitation Center in Roxbury is being sold to Radius Management Services Inc., which beat out four other bidders to win the 75-year-old charitable institution's most valuable asset: its license for 207 chronic care and rehabilitation beds.
