Revaluing China's yuan is no magic bullet for problems plaguing US trade and labor
David Bourque has 16 employees, down from 25 three years ago. The chief culprit: Chinese competition. Bourque's firm, Abco Tool & Die in Hyannis, makes plastic molds for the optical industry.
