Agents blame cool weather, but condo market is still hot

While low mortgage rates and an improving jobs picture boosted US housing sales to an unexpected record in April, sales softened for Massachusetts single-family homes, according to reports released yesterday. Local real estate agents blamed the weather. (Full article: 661 words)
