Firm settles on federal civil lawsuit
A Cambridge investment firm partly owned by the wife of a Harvard University professor has paid $1.5 million to the federal government to settle civil claims that it improperly used the staff and resources of a federally-funded project run by Harvard that was intended to help the Russian government's transition to capitalism.
