Town officials will meet August 14 to discuss what should be done with approximately 33 acres of land recently acquired from Weston Nurseries.

In May, Town Meeting voters authorized the $1.6 million purchase of the land. Because it was bought with money acquired under the state Community Preservation Act, it must be used for affordable housing, historical preservation, open space, or recreation.
