Benefit held for Ashland student battling cancer

An auction and music event to benefit an Ashland High School student diagnosed with cancer will be held Wednesday evening.

The event, which benefits 16-year-old Amy Cuneo, will include food, music and auctions and all the money raised will go toward her treatments for lymphoblastic lymphoma.

The event will be held at 6 p.m. at the Hudson Portuguese Club on Port Street. Tickets are $25 for adults and $15 for children, and can be purchased by calling Liz Tosti at (508) 881-8726.
