71 homes proposed in Bolton

After months of revisions, Merchant Financial Investment Corp. of Natick has submitted a plan for 71 single-family homes off Century Mill Road, said Town Planner Nat Tipton.

That's eight more units than in the original plan proposed last fall. The development will be the largest single filing ever to go before the Planning Board, said Tipton.

A public hearing is scheduled for Feb. 28 at 8:30 p.m. in Town Hall.
