Game (s) of the night

The Marlborough (10-2-0) and Westborough High (11-2-1) boys' hockey teams are ranked first and second, respectively, in the latest Division 3 Central Massachusetts Division 3 hockey poll.

Tonight, they square off for the second time this season, with an 8 p.m. faceoff at NorthStar Youth Forum in Westborough.

Marlborough, which has not lost since Dec. 28 against Hudson, features a balanced scoring attack, a sturdy, physical defense and solid play in net from first-year starter Tim Pacific (1.83 goals against average).

Westborough's Scott Brady leads CMass. in scoring with 35 points (21 goals, 14 assists) while Joe Teevens (2.58 GAA) has been very consistent in net. Marlborough won the first meeting, taking a 3-2 victory on Dec. 16 in the Boroughs Cup final.

On the court, the Bentley College men's basketball team (19-0) shoots for its 20th straight win, hosting Merrimack in a Northeast-10 Conference matchup at the Dana Center in Waltham. The Falcons, ranked third nationally in Division 2, have been idle for a week.
