A sound decision

Bose Corp. has announced it will expand its offices to an EMC-owned complex on Rte. 9 in Westborough this spring.

The Framingham-based audio company has agreed to lease 180,000 square feet in Westborough Technology Park to consolidate sales and service division in one location, spokeswoman Joanne Berthiaume said.

The move, expected to take place sometime next spring, will not create new jobs. It will, however, provide more space ion the Stow offices for an expansion of the company’s automotive systems division – which designs sound systems for luxury car makers including Ferrari and Porsche.
