The Globe's Political Intelligence blog has asked readers what they think of Matt Amorello, the Turnpike Authority chairman who is on the hot seat after the tunnel accident that killed a woman and raised thorny questions about the safety of the Big Dig tunnels. And the comments are flowing in.
Michelle from Westborough writes: "I'm angry that someone was killed and people knew it could happen and yet did nothing. That to me is incomprehensible. I'm very angry that supervisors weren't supervising at the big dig. That is also incomprehensible and irresponsible. I hope they pay dearly for it.''
