Are commuter train conductors purposely opening fewer doors when the trains pull into stations, causing delays as riders line up to board or exit?
The subject was first addressed in our Starts & Stops column a couple weeks ago, and several readers have since written in to say they have noticed the same thing. Some even say they have been told by conductors that a new policy is in effect. Train officials are so far continuing to insist that nothing has changed.
If you've noticed something similar, let us know. And tune in to our next installment of Starts & Stops in Thursday's Globe West to see what we find out.
