Make nice with a butcher
Everything is first-rate at the family-owned Savenor's butcher shops that also supply meat to area restaurants. On Saturdays at the Cambridge location (Tyler Dumais is pictured in the Boston store), the butchers teach hourlong $25 classes on such topics as barbecue techniques and how to cut up a chicken.
