IF FRANK Schaeffer wanted to call out elite institutions for not having Reserve Officers' Training Corps programs (" Ivies and military could learn a lot from each other ," Op-ed, April 9), he should have done more research. I can't speak for other Ivies, but I do know that Cornell University's ROTC programs are training some of tomorrow's military leaders ... (Full article: 199 words)
