A new report by the Pew Center on the States found that America’s voter registration process is deeply flawed and embarrassingly antiquated. As more conservative state legislatures stir fears of rampant voter fraud and pass laws that place additional burdens on those seeking to vote, the new study rightfully shifts the burden to state election officials who have not adapted to new technology and a mobile population.
