Andrea Kline, whose 8,333 square foot home is slated for demolition by the town of Truro, has lodged an appeal of that decision, so the state must now decide whether to dissolve the litigation that led to the demolition order in the first place. It should, since the neighbors who initiated the case have since settled with Kline. It would do no good to destroy a home that no longer has detractors petitioning for its removal through the legal system.
