The Massachusetts Historical Commission has a point about preserving all aspects of culture, not just sites related to wars and presidents. But the Cape Cod gas station that is said to have inspired a famous Edward Hopper painting isn't in good shape, and doesn't look like the one in the painting. (Full article: 236 words)
