Back from his trips to Europe and Africa, Obama rightly calls on Congress to cut to the chase on health reform. The House, to its credit, has come up with a good funding mechanism, a surtax on the rich. To reduce the amount of that surtax, Congress could also tax the health insurance benefits of the rich. The final plan should also include a public plan option as a way to limit health inflation. (Full article: 441 words)
