Welcome to maybe the most boring week in any NFL Survivor Pool’s history…
The good news is all six remaining participants survived Week 2. If you're into drama, sorry; this week won’t have much since a certain team sits as a 19.5-point favorite.
Of course, there was one man who bravely stood alone…
Zuri Berry – Vikings over Browns
(Has previously used the Jets and Raiders)
I’ll be that guy. Minnesota has a premier running back. Cleveland has the former shadow of Tom Brady. Easy choice.
Gary Dzen – Seahawks over Jaguars
(Has previously used the Patriots and Texans)
No, it has nothing to do with the decibel levels in the stadium.
Erik Frenz – Seahawks over Jaguars
(Has previously used the Texans and Patriots)
The Seahawks just laid the smack down on the 49ers, 29-3. The Jaguars, on the other hand, have scored 11 points through two games (fewest since the 2009 Rams). I think we know where this is going.
Adam Kaufman – Seahawks over Jaguars
(Has previously used the Colts and Raiders)
At this point, I’m even starting to think my buddy nicknamed “Jags” stinks. It’s a rough go when your fan base is holding a rally to sign a new player. Then again, it’s worse when that fan base consists of about 20 people.
Matt Pepin – Seahawks over Jaguars
(Has previously used the Patriots and Bengals)
One of the league’s absolute best teams should have no trouble beating one of the worst in the loudest stadium in the world.
Guest Reader (@AmirLearner) – Seahawks over Jaguars
(@kevinjlevesque and @The_JBUG have previously used the Colts and Saints)
The two biggest spreads are the ‘Hawks and Broncos, but Broncos play Jacksonville Week 6 so I’d rather save them.
The eliminated group includes Chad Finn (Week 1), Obnoxious Boston Fan (Week 1), Steve Silva (Week 1), and Eric Wilbur (Week 1).
