Manning brothers do it again with rap music video

Normally I reserve this space for, ya know, opinions on matters pertaining to sports.

This one’s a stretch, but it was just too good to leave alone.

No matter how much we Patriots fans want to profess our hatred for Giants quarterback Eli Manning for his role in a pair of crushing Super Bowl losses, as an actor, you just can’t hate the guy. The same goes for his brother Peyton, ole enemy No. 1 in Denver.

The talented QBs with no reluctance to poke fun at themselves have done it again by making a music video for DIRECTV. A rap music video. About phones. And, well, football.

Each of the Mannings has shined in the past as an endorsement hound, “Saturday Night Live” host, even an ESPN visitor, but let’s check out some of the fun spots of years past that they’ve done together.
