Tonight, Union Square sausage emporium Bronwyn introduces the Brondog, also known as a sauerbraten-chili dog. The $10 smoked pork-and-beef dog arrives inside a soft potato bread roll crusted with poppy seeds, baked in-house at Bronwyn's bakery. It's topped with Sauerbraten, sauerkraut, and melted emmenthaler, with a side of homemade paprika chips. Get it at the bar.
