Spicy, delightful news for fans of Medford's Tenoch taqueria. They'll open their highly anticipated North End branch on Monday, February 10, owner Alvaro Sandoval tells me. Look for a similar menu of tortas, enchiladas, tacos, and specials (best accompanied by their hurtingly addictive chile de arbol).
