It could be an episode of Behind the Music: Boston Restaurant Talk reports via Eater that Letters to Cleo's Scott Riebling is about to launch a food truck.

Stoked Wood Fired Pizza Co. will launch this spring, complete with a 6,000-pound wood-fired pizza oven. Here's their schedule:

Monday: High Street, Financial district
Tuesday: Belvidere at the Christian Science Center
Wednesday: Dewey Square
Thursday: Stuart Street at Hancock Tower
Friday: Chinatown

According to Facebook, the truck is being inspected this week. In the meantime, check out the Globe piece about Riebling's pizza passions here. (Spoiler alert: He favors a soft, Neapolitan-style crust.)
