Zagat reports that Peruvian restaurant La Brasa is slated to open in March on Broadway. It’s helmed by Chopped winner Daniel Bojorquez, who was chef de cuisine at Natick’s Sel de la Terre, which closed on January 1.

Frank McClelland—the owner of Sel de la Terre, who also runs the Back Bay’s L’Espalier— is involved with the concept. The restaurant has been in the works for a long time: A rep told me in 2011 to expect a “meat-focused” menu.
