You could. The oceanfront Quincy bar is for sale, reports WCVB. The property consists of 1.38 acres and includes a 2,876-square-foot building, an outdoor patio, and a 40-space parking lot. Priceless? The bragging rights. Jay Leno performed here before he got famous, and Louis Armstrong and Linda Ronstadt once wooed audiences here (not together).
