More promising restaurants are suburb-bound: I'm told that Lexington's Inn at Hastings Park opens on February 3, and the inn's restaurant, Artistry on the Green, will debut a few weeks later. The executive chef is Mathew Molloy, who has a swanky pedigree. He apprenticed at Eric Ripert's Le Bernardin in New York City, and he's worked at Newton's Lumiere and Boston's Beacon Hill Bistro. The restaurant's website describes a prime place to enjoy a "romanting, long, lingering meal."
