A rep tells us that Harvard Square's Osushi will now be known simply as "O," and it's open for business. The sushi, Japanese, and Korean restaurant serves lunch, dinner, and $10 late-night snacks highlighting ever-important ramen, plus sake and cocktails. We're also told that they plan entertainment in the coming months. Executive chef is James Park, chef-owner of Brookline's Minsok for 20 years. Check out the full menu here.
