Chef Jason Bond tells us that the highly anticipated, 100-seat Concord outpost of his Cambridge restaurant is just a couple of weeks away from kickoff.
Bond writes that he's in the last week of construction and, if all goes according to plan, he'll move in and train his staff next week, then open the last few days of October or early November. "Good crew hired up, both front and back of house. Still looking for a few servers, but pretty much there. Now I just hope the bar stools show up!" he writes. His Cambridge sous chef, Rachel Miller, is the sous chef here too.
