Exciting news in other cities: Toro has a sibling! The New York City branch of Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonnette's tapas parlor opens today. The 100-seat restaurant has a prime Chelsea address next to Tom Colicchio's Colicchio & Sons and Mario Batali's Del Posto. Our chums at New York Magazine's Grub Street have a photographic look at the menu and decor, which include gooseneck barnacles a la plancha and an enormous mounted bull's head, respectively. Below, their signature Congratulations, chefs!

Toro, 85 Tenth Ave. (entrance on 15th St.), New York City
