Boston Restaurant Talk reports that Chopps, run by Meritage chef and Boston Wine Festival founder Daniel Bruce, will open at the Burlington Marriott. The hotel is currently home to suburban find Summer Winter. (No word on whether Chopps will replace it.) Chopps is not to be confused with Chris Coombs's South End steakhouse, Boston Chops, though it does borrow from the steakhouse tradition of Boston's Mooo.... by adopting extra letters.
