A "high-end" restaurant to replace Olives?

Universal Hub notes that Todd English will relinquish the liquor license for his now-closed Olives in Charlestown, writing that a swanky new place will replace it. In April, I heard rumblings that the spot could become a LTK. Later, Eater Boston wondered if it could become a hotel. English, meanwhile, plans to reopen Olives in a "new and shiny" Boston location.
