Oink: a bacon truck is coming to town

Yes, you read that correctly — Boston is about to get a bacon truck, intuitively named The Bacon Truck. Per their Facebook page, they'll debut at SoWa Open Market this summer. Since summer's nearly over, we can only hope that this means a speedy launch. The "bacon-obsessed" mobile kitchen's menu will feature salads, sides, sandwiches, and desserts with a common theme: bacon. "Basically, you either love bacon or you're wrong," decrees their FB page. It's hard to disagree. A bow of eager thanks to BRT for the heads-up.
