Strip-T's chef Tim Maslow will open Ribelle at 1665 Beacon St. in Brookline in the next few weeks. A sure sign of progress: The restaurant has joined Twitter. They've posted a few shots of their move, and they've also revealed snazzy signage. Maslow, who gained a loyal following at Strip-T's after modernizing the menu, worked at New York City's Momofuku Ssam Bar for seven years. The restaurant used to be Tamarind Bay.
