Michael Schlow's flagship restaurant, Radius, shuts down on Saturday after a 15-year run. Bid adieu with free food after 9 p.m., including Schlow's signature Radius burger (a juicy half-pound patty topped with Vermont cheddar, horseradish, and crispy onions). No tickets or reservations necessary; just swing on by.

Meanwhile, Schlow's busy opening a version of his Back Bay restaurant Tico in Washington, D.C. And fans of his famous burger needn't worry: He told Grub Street this spring that his most famous dish would pop up again somewhere "soon."
