Something to look forward to in the western 'burbs: Jason Bond, acclaimed chef at Cambridge's Bondir, tells us today that he expects a "September or October" opening for his upcoming Concord restaurant, also named Bondir. And preparation is already beginning: "Our little farm garden has had its first pick last week, so I'm excited about that. Really nice greens in a lot of different varieties, colors, shapes, flavors. Peas are about your height now and should give us actual peas in a few weeks!" he e-mails. The restaurant will be at 24 Walden St., in Concord Center. He's not the only big-city chef decamping for the suburbs: Stella's Evan Deluty will open an Italian restaurant in Sudbury next month, fittingly called No. 29 Sudbury, at 29 Hudson St.
