Maverick chef Grant Achatz dines at Tavern Road, Toro

Chicago's Grant Achatz — molecular gastronomy pioneer; mastermind behind one of the hottest restaurants in the country; Alinea, owner of three Michelin stars — dined in Boston over the weekend. He supped at the South End's Toro and at Fort Point's Tavern Road, posting micro reviews on Twitter. He had a "great meal" at Toro and later gushed that "everything at Tavern Road is delicious, you should go. Duck hearts, lamb and charcuterie are awesome." Somewhere, chef Louis DiBiccari is doing a dance of glee.
