The Eater Boston blog has the scoop on Finch at The Boxer Hotel, the latest hotel drinking and dining establishment to hit Boston. The Boxer replaced the Bulfinch Hotel in the West End neighborhood, around the corner from TD Garden on Merrimac Street. Because it's in a hotel, Finch will serve seven days a week, but because it's Boston (long, deep sigh), the bar will go until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. The menu doesn't exactly scream originality, with items like lobster macaroni and cheese, turkey club and Angus burger, but we can be patient and give everything a shot.
