New Fall Schedule:
Night by night
On Friday:

D+ COMPLETE SAVAGES (ABC) 8:30 p.m.
Starring: Keith Carradine, Erik von Detten
They say: The Savage brothers are savages, and Carradine as dad isn’t much better. Head butt! Executive producer Mel Gibson gives us his take on raising boys.
We say: Ship these irritating monkeys over to Animal Planet. Should be known as: “Jackasses’’

D- DR. VEGAS (CBS) 10 p.m. (Pictured above left)
Starring: Rob Lowe, Joe Pantoliano
They say: Lowe tries TV again as the in-house doctor at a Las Vegas casino. He cures what ails rich guests, as well as neurotic boss Pantoliano. The drama is CBS’s attempt to ride TV’s Sin City trend.
We say: It puts the gas in Vegas. The Lowe-Pantoliano buddy team is preposterous in this turkey.
Should be known as: “Oy Vegas’’

C+ MEDICAL INVESTIGATION (NBC) 10 p.m.
Starring: Neal McDonough, Kelli Williams, Christopher Gorham
They say: The title says it all, as an expert team of workaholic doctors solves health mysteries all over the country. A fast-moving virus? They’ll catch it. Based on true stories from the National Institutes of Health.
We say: Just
what we need: another high-tech forensics drama. Irony intended.
Should be known as: “Outbreak of the Week’’

D COMMANDO NANNY (WB) 8:30 p.m.
Starring: Gerald McRaney, Beatrice Rosen
They say: An ex-commando from the British Special Forces baby-sits three Beverly Hills kids. It’s based on producer Mark Burnett’s early experience in America.
We say: Commando ninny. This excruciating sitcom suggests Burnett can only survive in the reality realm.
Should be known as: “Scary Poppins’’

Note: No new shows are airing on Saturdays
