Hey guys, we've got sad news.
Just brace yourself, OK? Because MTV has canceled "Jersey Shore." That's right, bros, after the entirety of season 6 (premiering Oct. 4) winds down, the fist-pumping fun will officially come to an end.
From what the networks says, the sixth season sounds like it will provide some closure, returning the ever-evolving cast (Snooki's baby! Jenni's face!) to their original stomping ground in Seaside Heights. However, should fans want to start the mourning process in advance, MTV has also announced "a hot tub full of farewell programming," including an hour-long "Gym, Tan, Look Back" retrospective.
