Parks and Recreation 8:30 p.m., Channel 7

Tonight’s repeat is one of my favorites. It’s the Li’l Sebastian episode, when Pawnee’s favorite miniature horse passes on and the gang sets up a public memorial service. Everyone is pretty upset, not least of all Ron Swanson, who delivers a fiery speech in praise of the li’l guy. Andy’s tribute song, “5,000 Candles in the Wind,’’ is perfect, with the distraught audience sadly waving battery-operated candles. Topping it off, Megan Mullally returns as Tammy. Pictured (from left): Mullally, Nick Offerman, and Amy Poehler.

Curb Your Enthusiasm 9:30 p.m., HBO

This week’s episode is yet another good one in a season notable for its happy-go-lucky tone. Larry’s still Larry this year, but smirkier so, and less painful to watch. In “The Car Periscope,’’ the plot strands come together in a way I never saw coming, which I love. Among the guest stars - including Wanda Sykes, Scott Cohen, Jonathan Ames, Cheyenne Jackson - my favorite is Aida Turturro, Janice from “The Sopranos.’’

The Millionaire Matchmaker 9 p.m., Bravo

For Papa, make him a scholar. Yeah, OK. Forget that.

Childrens Hospital midnight, Adult Swim

Never meta episode that didn’t make me laugh (yes, typo intentional).

Louie 10:30 p.m., FX

The CK is for CKeepingitreal.
