morlotphoto-2_1.JPGMaestro James Levine may still be on the mend, but one of his protégés, Ludovic Morlot, has scored the music directorship of the Seattle Symphony Orchestra. Morlot, 36, served as one of Levine’s assistants at the Boston Symphony Orchestra from 2004-2007. He’ll take over for Gerard Schwarz in 2011-2012.
