There was discussion of closing the University of Connecticut museums, but the powers-that-be have moved away from the idea. Instead, we've got restricted hours and nothing on the weekends.

They're considering closing museums in Pennsylvania.

Galleries in Berlin are going bust.

And the potential of cuts in Louisiana loom.

At least there's something to hit the road for: Old friend Robert Woodruff's production
of "Notes from the Underground" is drawing raves at Yale.
