"America’s Got Talent" whittled down its diverse crew of semi-finalists to the top 10 last night – but sadly, one hometown hopeful didn’t make the cut.

Snap Boogie, a 19-year-old dancer who had been busting out super-smooth footwork around the Bean before his AGT stint, dazzled judges and viewers alike with his mesmerizing poppin' and explosive breakin.' However, in week 14, the judges’ panel ultimately chose to advance motorcycle daredevils the Smage Brothers instead of Snap.

Armed with some magnetic moves and a cheery disposition, Snap, who chose the dance world over street life, beat out a variety of acts from across the nation while gleefully tossing Boston some shout-outs nearly every chance he got.

He may not being working it for a gig in Las Vegas right now, but judging by his skills, the kid who "brought the streets to the theater," as Howie Mandel put it, will easily find another audience.
