It seems wrong to praise a barbecue restaurant for a cookie, but that’s what I’m going to do. After eating pulled pork and brisket at Sweet Cheeks, it is imperative that you order the giant Nutter Butter (unless you are allergic to nuts, of course). Two huge peanut butter cookies sandwiched together with more peanut butter and sprinkled with coarse salt, it is enough to serve your entire table. The interplay of salt and sugar makes it one addictive dessert.
